UGC & influencer marketingReal people, talking about your product

Customers trust a person holding the product more than a brand describing it. We find the creators, write the briefs, sort out the contracts and usage rights, and turn what comes back into content and ads that sell.

01The problem

Why brands ask for this

Usually one of these.

  1. 01

Polished brand ads have stopped working

People scroll past anything that looks like an advert. A creator filming on a phone gets watched.

  2. 02

You need a lot of video, often

Ads wear out in weeks, and testing needs several versions of every idea. A studio shoot cannot keep up.

  3. 03

Influencer posts went out and nothing happened

The wrong creator, a vague brief, no tracking — and no way of knowing whether it was worth the fee.

  4. 04

    Creator deals are messy

Rates, deliverables, deadlines and who owns the video afterwards, agreed over DM and then forgotten.

02What we do

Two kinds of creator work

They overlap, but they are bought for different reasons, so we plan them separately.

01

UGC videos

Unboxings, reviews, demos and testimonial-style videos made by creators for you to use on your ads, product pages and social. You pay for the content, not for their audience.

02

Influencer campaigns

Creators posting to their own followers — usually micro-influencers whose audience matches your customer, which in India often means regional and Punjabi creators rather than the biggest names.

03

Sourcing and vetting

Creators chosen for audience fit and genuine engagement rather than follower count, with a look at who actually watches them.

04

Briefs that work

What to show, what to say, what never to say, the hook and the call to action — clear enough that the first draft is usable.

05

Contracts and rights

Fees, deliverables, deadlines, and where and for how long you can use the content — agreed in writing before anything is made.

06

Edits and measurement

Raw clips cut into ad-ready versions, and every campaign given its own links and codes so you can see what it sold.

03Who it is for

Is this for you

A good fit

  • D2C brands that need a steady supply of video for ads
  • Launches that need people talking about them in the first few weeks
  • Brands whose customers follow creators more closely than they follow brands

Probably not for

  • Celebrity endorsements and big-name ambassador deals
  • Campaigns whose only goal is a follower count

04How it goes

From first call to up and running

  1. 01

    Plan

What the campaign is for, who it should reach, how many creators and videos, and how we will measure it.

  2. 02

    Find and brief

A shortlist of creators for your approval, then briefs, contracts and products sent out.

  3. 03

    Produce

Drafts checked against the brief, revisions agreed, final videos delivered and posts scheduled.

  4. 04

    Measure and reuse

Results tracked per creator, and the strongest videos cut into ads for your paid campaigns.

Every project starts the same way: a free call, then a written plan with a fixed price per stage. How we work and how pricing works.

05Questions

What people ask us first

01

What is the difference between UGC and influencer marketing?

With UGC you pay a creator to make content that you post and advertise with — their audience does not matter. With influencer marketing you pay them to post to their own followers.

Many brands start with UGC for their ads, then add influencers once they know which messages work.

02

Micro-influencers or big names?

For most brands, micro-influencers: creators with smaller, loyal audiences in a particular niche or region. They cost less, are easier to work with, and their followers tend to trust them more.

03

Who owns the content creators make?

That depends on what is agreed with each creator, which is exactly why we put usage rights in writing before anything is made: where you can use it, for how long, and whether it can run as a paid ad.

04

Can you guarantee sales?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. What we can promise is a proper brief, the right creators, and tracking on every link and code, so you know exactly what each creator brought in.

05

How are creators paid?

Creator fees are agreed with you before anyone is booked, and shown separately from our fee for planning, sourcing, managing and editing.
