Who we are
Bitbew Solutions is a software and growth studio in Mohali, Punjab, India. For anything on this page, write to hello@bitbew.com.
What we collect
When you book a call through the form on this site, we receive what you enter:
- your name, email address and phone number;
- your business name and current website, if you give them;
- what you want help with and what you tell us about it;
- the day you would like a call, and your time zone so we can call at a sensible hour;
- the page you sent the form from, and your IP address, which we use to stop spam.
If you contact us by WhatsApp, email, phone or Instagram instead, we receive whatever you send through that service, under that service's own privacy terms.
What we use it for
To reply to you, arrange and hold the call, and — if we end up working together — to run the project. We send you a confirmation email when you book. We do not add you to a newsletter or a marketing sequence, and we never sell or share your details for anyone else's marketing.
Where it is kept
Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Supabase, and our emails are sent through Resend. Both act on our behalf and only process your details to provide those services to us. Access is limited to the people at Bitbew who handle enquiries.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set cookies and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking. If we measure visits, we do it with privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies or identify you personally.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as it is useful for the conversation it started, and for any work that follows from it. If nothing comes of it, you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, by writing to hello@bitbew.com. We will reply within a reasonable time, and we handle your details in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other laws that apply.
